1. Platform Data Content includes organized, processed, structured, and visualized results derived from public-source government information.
2. Rights to original datasets and legal texts remain with their official source institutions.
3. If a specific dataset item states a separate license or restriction, that specific condition prevails.

Unless otherwise stated, Platform Data Content is provided under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0).

4. Permitted Use

1. You may copy, reuse, and redistribute Platform Data Content.
2. You may use Platform Data Content in both commercial and non-commercial contexts.
3. You may analyze, transform, and create derivative works from Platform Data Content.

5. Attribution Requirements (Mandatory)

1. You must clearly credit MaxPaku (https://maxpaku.com).
2. You must also credit original source institutions (for example, JTA, e-Stat, or local governments).

4. Redistribution after removing source, timestamp, or disclaimer information is prohibited.

7. Disclaimer

1. We strive for timely and accurate data, but provide no warranty on completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
