Sapporo City Ordinance on Restrictions on Implementation of Private Lodging Business. In exclusively residential zones and within 100 m of schools, absent-host / 5+ rooms / non-primary-residence types may operate on weekends, holidays, and year-end/New Year only. No restrictions for host-resident type.
